I have Natto !

My kind Korean neighbours gave me some Natto to try. This is basically fermented / cultured soy beans, and it is really good for gut and immune health. Well known for its benefits in preventing heart disease. My neighbour says people also use it to treat diabetes. They suggested mixing it in with yoghurt - I tried doing that and it masks the smell and texture very well.
